On Monday the 3rd, I picked up my new TITANflex 827079 dedicated computer/reading glasses. For future reference the specs are as follows: Lens width 56, bridge width 18, 145 temple length, and lens height is B:36. On Friday the 7th, I also received my new TED BAKER OPTICAL TXL512 progressive lens everyday wear glasses. The specs are: Lens width 58, bridge width 19, temple length 150, and lens height is B:36. After wearing them for a couple of days, I think I am partial to the lighter/flexible Titan Flex frames and prefer the 56/18 sizing. I like that they are not the same frames for differentiation. I have also learned that progressive lenses are not a substitute for dedicated workspace lenses. I had a previous frame from Heartland Eyecare, that is definitely too small, Flexon E1042 412 54, 17, 140. I also had a OVVO Optics MOD.2751 51, 20\140 col.50 that I liked but still think my new TitanFlex has the best fit. 🤓
Wednesday, I brought Willow in for her shots. She was a trooper and didn’t create too much chaos. 🐾💉
On Thursday the 6th, SpaceX conducted test flight 8 with booster 15 & Starship 34. I watched it at home with Tiff and Willow. Booster 15 Mechzilla successfully caught the booster for the third time. It was a bit off center, two engines out on boost back and one out on catch. Starship lost engines and tumbled before RUD. 🚀
Friday, Andrew had heart burn in the morning and then had a job interview with Wildflower Bookstore at noon. Hopefully he hears some good news. 🤞
Saturday, after work, Tiffany brought home some chicken cacciatore from Valentini’s Supper Club for me to eat for dinner. Debra, Steve, Tiffany, and Andrew had eaten dinner there earlier to celebrate Debra’s 73rd birthday.
End of blog. Thank you for reading!
