On Tuesday I did some maintenance to my python code that generates my sitemap.xml page in an attempt to figure out why Google isn’t indexing my site's pages. For whatever reason, DuckDuckGo has my entire site indexed. I have submitted my sitemap to Google Search Console and it states, "Sitemap processed successfully." I put together a bunch of prompts to check various issues that could relate to search site indexing problems and put them into a handy shell file. After running these, I get the following which all looks good.

Idk, maybe Google doesn’t think I'm interesting enough or give it more time... 🤷‍♂️

On Thursday, Andrew found out he made 2nd Chair with the Grand Rapids High School Symphonic Band! Not bad for not being able to play his clarinet due to fulfilling the duties as drum major throughout marching band season.

Sunrise on Friday was at 0745 hours and it was 25 degrees. I texted Tiff, “Gave Andrew a big good morning hug 🤗, watched the sunrise ☀️, beds made, and drinking coffee. Life is good 👍.”

Saturday, I defeated Ansem and beat Kingdom Hearts 1. 🗝️❤️ Things got a little carried away after, I started to make a KH1 Sound Track which includes Simple and Clean by Hikaru Utada, started making plans to construct a Trinity template to spray paint Trinities around town and place POAPs on them, and by the end of the weekend, I managed to synthesize all available items and obtained the Ultima Keyblade. Time to move on to a different game.

Later in the day, I cleared the roof and gutter of leaves and debris. After dinner, we watched The Woman in the Window. We thought it was a good movie but I thought the plot was a little weak. Mostly, the movie just led to a lot of jokes about The woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window, we might have to check that out someday.

Sunday was Andrew’s GR Marching Band Banquette. Gundy made a few comments one of which was something along the lines of, “I can bring the band to other places to get trophies, but the kids won’t remember those. All they will remember is the friendships, overcoming adversity, and learning to work together”. I remember feeling the same when I graduated from the law enforcement academy - the journey creates a team, a special camaraderie. Andrew was voted “The Heart of Gold Award” by his fellow band members. Tiffany and I are so proud of him! ❤️
